Toy Lounge is only available Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm. The entire reservation process is online and you can view the calendar of confirmed events by clicking on the “Check Schedule” link in Infoporte, or by clicking here. This is both between the start AND end times of events. Please keep this in mind when finding a time for your event.
In order to make a request, you must first login to Infoporte with your ONYEN. All communications regarding the status of your request will be sent to your UNC email address. Reservations are reviewed based on the order in which they are received. A staff member will contact you to let you know if your reservation has been accepted or rejected – in both cases, you will receive an email notification. You can generally expect to receive an status update email by the end of each business day, depending on staff availability. To inquire about a reservation, please contact email@example.com.
Toy Lounge is not well suited for catered meals, though there are two tables in the back available for light refreshments.
